Old Newbie?

So the new year started. It was heralded at TRUTH. with a small seemingly insignificant leak on the Jet-Steam. With my head buried under the counter trying to figure it all out, the roaster on warm-up with some Guatemala in the hopper, ready to drop in, who should casually saunter in? Zane Mattisson. Zane started his coffee journey with me in a previous venture, and went on to do other things in coffee. Reaching a dead end coffee wise, he has decided to bring his intellect and creativity to bear on our new project. He seems to be looking heavily over my shoulder on the roaster, so we are off to a good start.

    Yup, now I’m definitely coming to visit Truth, that Zane Mattisson guy sounds awesome :)
