David’s Signature Tamper
I designed this tamper with the pro barista in mind.
Stainless steel face on the piston, more durable, and foodsafe. Semi curved face, giving the best of worlds between a flat tamper and a curved. 58mm suitable for most commercial machines. Wega La Mazocco, Nuova Simonelli, Rocket, Expobar etc
It has an indexing line near the top to help with alignment, ensuring flat tamps in the portafilter.
The handle is of lightweight aluminium and easily replaceable on a standard thread.
