Wega Pegaso 2 Group Stainless Steel Coffee Machine has a polished stainless steel exterior packed with amazing features. It has a copper boiler with a capacity of 10.5 litres. The boiler consumer 3400 watts of power, this high wattage allow the boiler to quickly recover its pressure. The amount of water in the boiler can be checked by seeing the ‘water sight level’ present on the machine. It has a large cup warming surface with railings where cups can be preheated.
Wega Pegaso 2 Group Coffee Machine has an in-built rotary pump which is used to produce a pump pressure meant for brewing coffee. It is fitted with steam arms that are long and powerful; used for producing thick and dense froth for cappuccinos and latte. It has two brewing groups that are capable of brewing up-to 4 cups of coffee at the same time. This coffeemaker can brew 90 cups of coffee per group on an hourly basis, however for durability of the machine; it is advised to brew only a maximum of 120 cups of coffee per group on a daily basis. This is suited for medium volume users like those at home or in small offices or low volume cafe.
